Take a sheet of paper, a pen, and a measuring tape. Place your foot flat on the paper and ensure that the pen is positioned at a 90-degree angle to the surface.
Measure the distance from the center of your heel to the tip of the longest toe. If one foot is longer than the other, use the longer measurement.

Convert the measurement to centimeters and check the corresponding size in the chart. You can find the size chart with every product.
