Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of the Alenka d.o.o. online store are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international e-commerce codes. The terms and conditions cover the operation of the online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The website www.alenka-design.com is owned by Alenka d.o.o., Loška cesta 21, 1358 Log pri Brezovici, info@copatekupi.si (hereinafter referred to as the provider). The company has the registration number: 1811126000 and is a taxpayer with the VAT number SI 22185143.
PRICES
All prices are in euros (EUR) and already include VAT (22%), unless otherwise explicitly stated. The price listed for each product does not include delivery charges.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The prices and other benefits (discounts, gifts, delivery method, contributions to shipping costs, etc.) valid on the day the order is placed will apply. The original invoice, which you receive upon payment or delivery, is valid in connection with the terms and conditions published on this page and confirmed when placing the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
The provider offers the following payment methods:
- Payment on delivery,
- Payment via direct bank transfer,
- Payment via PayPal.
CONTRACT
The sales contract (invoice) is concluded in the Slovenian language. It is stored at the provider's office and is available to the customer every working day between 9 AM and 6 PM.
DELIVERY
The provider will deliver the goods within the agreed time frame to the delivery address.
The delivery partners are Pošta Slovenije and GLS, but the provider reserves the right to choose another courier service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.
Ordered goods can also be picked up in person at our business units:

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to inform the provider of their withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason for the decision. The period starts the day after the date of receipt. The only cost to the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 30 days from the notification of withdrawal.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

However, due to the dynamic nature of product properties, delivery times, or prices, some errors may occur. In such cases, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or exchange the product.
The provider reserves the right to partially withdraw from fulfilling the order if ordered items are no longer available or if there are significant discrepancies in the information.

In accordance with legal norms, Alenka d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution providers as competent for resolving a consumer dispute.
