Delivery time: up to 5 business days
Shipping cost: 4€
If the purchase value exceeds 60€, shipping is free.

European Union countries:

Delivery time: 8 business days (This is slightly longer in December)
Shipping cost: 12€

You can also pick up the product in our stores. Shipping cost: 0€

RETURN OF GOODS
If you wish to exchange/return a product or the entire order:

1. The product must be in perfect condition
   Any product purchased from the Alenka store or our website can be exchanged at any of our locations or by mail, as long as it is in perfect condition.

2. Exchange by mail
   Send the product via regular mail to our address:
   Alenka d.o.o.
   Loška cesta 21
   1358 Log pri Brezovici

For easier processing, please include the RETURN OR EXCHANGE FORM, which can be found [HERE].
We will make sure you receive the correct slippers as soon as possible.

3. Exchange in our store
   You can exchange the product in any of our stores:

• Log pri Brezovici (Loška cesta 21)
• Mercator center Šiška
• BTC hall A (entrance A7)

For exchanging a product that is in perfect condition (new), we do not require proof of purchase. There is no time limit for exchanges under the above conditions (you don’t have to exchange the product within 14 days).

You can return any product and withdraw from the contract within 14 days. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
